Lix is a marketplace for digital textbooks – think spotify for textbooks – and the idea evolved out of Camilla’s frustration with carrying heavy and expensive textbooks around during her time at university. Camilla Hessellund Lastein, the founder and CEO of a Danish e-learning platform Lix, is transforming the education industry. Dropping out of her studies at age 20, she started her journey to make education better by developing a platform that would be the ‘Spotify for Textbooks’.
